以下以 Jane Hart 提出的 Top 100 Tools for Learning 为背景。

Jane Hart 提出 Top 100 Tools for Learning中的“Learning”，指的是学习者进行的自导性学习（self-directed learning/independent learning），工具可划分为二:（1）获得知识、资讯、资源的管道；与（2）学习工具。

以上述分类，可得出的教学启示如下:

（1）获得知识、资讯、资源的管道:
随着网络科技的蓬勃发展，知识、资讯、资源的获得早已不仅局限于课堂内，教师已不再是学生唯一的知识管道。学生可搜索知识，也可从blog，microblog(twitter)，forum，podcast，screencast，bookmarkers，rss，wiki，sharing platforms(image, video, documents) 等“社区媒介（social media）”获取需要的知识、资讯、资源。

举凡“社区媒介”工具、平台（不局限于Hart所提呈的Top 100），均能是补足课时不足的工具，也能是学生的课余/课后学习管道。这里略提一二。

这里却必须提一提，学生借由“社区媒介”工具所能获得的，可能比教师在课堂上讲授的更多，但学生应该如何从众说纷纭的社区媒介平台辨析网上的知识、资讯、资源的真实性（authenticity），评定、审核内容论点，则会是一问题。

• 学生是否有足够能力、认知选择搜索结果的链接，是否能辨析线上内容？这是我们教师在要求学生进行线上学习、资料搜寻时务必考虑的实际问题。
• 除考虑这繁多管道的问题，我们更该思考，我们究竟该给学生多少？一号制（one-size-fit-all）的核心内容是否就足够了呢？是否学生库存里有了那么一套核心内容，就能在庞杂、无中央体系的网络世界立足，建构核心以上的知识？
• 网络世界里的，会否挑战我们予以学生的核心内容呢？如果网络世界的内容挑战学生的核心内容，身为教师的我们，面对学生的问题，能否应对？该否应对？

（2）学习工具:
之前提了，学习内容管道不再仅是课本、书籍。学习（进行学习、完成学习任务）工具也不再局限于纸笔形式，甚至趋向电子化，即电脑输入、电子作业、电脑模式。那是时代与大势所趋。

• 学生可通过social networking platforms （例如：Facebook，BuddyPress）和课程管理平台（例如：Moodle）里的模式、功能进行协作学习；借由沟通系统（MSN，Skype）讨论、协作。语文学习，需要不断的练习。
• 教师可通过课程管理平台，发放学习内容、监督学生学习进展。
• 学生可利用线上的Office Suite（Google Apps）、Mindmap（Mind42）完成学习任务。其中Mindmap、Wordle 等，有助于学生重点整理学习关键词、关键内容。可用于文学文本的复习。
• 教师也可制作电子测试，这有助于审核、核计学生成绩，记录学生学习进展。
• 至于教学模式，教师亦可借助虚拟世界制作情境式学习，训练学生语言技能，如交际、协商、阅读、理解。而教学内容的呈现亦可多形式 —— 图像、录像等等。

无论学习工具为何，我们必须谨记，学习工具不外乎仅是帮助学生达到学习目的的工具。我们可用的学习工具何其多，但“滥用”比“不用”更危险。学习工具应是辅助学生学习，不应成为学生的学习包袱 —— 学生实无必要在课程知识上，为完成作业另学一学习工具。

综上所述，ICT 与华语文教学的整合可能性是无限的，关键在于教师怎么用，是否善用还是为图个ICT教学名堂而用。沿用ICT进行教学，不能不清楚教学目标，不能不把握教学点。教师也务必监控、掌握学生学习进展、成果。最后，必须说，ICT 的功能不仅在于包装教学，其 实在的教学功能、潜力，不容小视。切勿让ICT沦为装饰、点缀品。

凡事利弊并存，ICT教学便是如此。

其间问题盘根错节，牵扯甚广，早已不再是一个合作关系崩溃，美国公司撤出中国的简单商业事件。（主因应不是骇客侵权事件，那不过是导火线。）毕竟 谷歌 是网络巨头，影响力深远，中国搜寻器百度、搜狗等，虽在国内享有一定的市场率，甚至高于 谷歌，但对世界而言，百度等，始终无法与谷歌媲美，仍走不上国际舞台。

中与美的合作，本是两个不同（甚至是对立）的思想体系的契合，合作需要让步，需要妥协，需要协和。当让步不能，妥协不在，便是崩溃。

中国失去谷歌，预示着什么呢？ 对于谷歌而言，中国市场不过是谷歌总营业额收入的5%，虽对一般人而言已是天文数字，但对谷歌来说，那着实微不足道。而中国人民普遍（高阶级的33%）视谷歌为接通西方的桥梁，谷歌于全球的影响力、地位更是毋庸置疑。这确实不是中国失去一国际（美国）公司投资那般简单。

政治、经济、人民、发展等等，受何影响，影响如何……谷歌与中国，将何去何从？

和我聊过天的朋友，基本上都知道我部落格后端那“无所不知”的监察系统。基本上，朋友/过路人/搜寻者怎么到我的部落格，都在我掌握以内，甚至是看了什么，看了多久，都逃不过那锐利的监察系统。那监察系统，名曰 Wassup，与StatsPress Reloaded 或 WordPress Stats 结合，对照数据，更是什么都晓得。

十分钟前，Sitepoint 恰好传来一工具的链接，名为 Panopticlick，那工具企图楷模网上所能搜集到的用户资料。当然，资料不可能即时告诉你访客的真实身份，但长期的观察 + 诸多设置选择、来往IP数据等等，基本上，不难推测出访客的真实身份。Panopticlick 让我们看到，网上世界，真真就是如此透明的。

初看和 2.7 没多大分别，仔细“挖掘”，才知道，内有乾坤。2.8 较之 2.7 也快多了。最为“精彩”的变动可谓是 widgets interface，更容易用了。2.8也加了 Themes Installer，方便安装 Themes，但里头的 Themes 还是颇为有限的。

Screen Options 也更多 customisation 选择，让 blogging 和 blogging management 更为简单、快捷。

心里不是滋味，甚至很想破口大骂！至于骂文明话还是粗话，我想我没必要交待。这真是我碰上最最荒谬、最让我哭笑不得、最莫名其妙的……的什么我都说不清楚！

概括说明就是，我这部落格，给“不法之徒”，spammer/spamming service 盯上……spamming service 为催来往人次，竟假冒了“锐伊”、“锐伊．拙笔”　名义（search keyword），误导搜寻者，把用户带到别的网站。

It has come to my notice that, http://www.nichesitemoney.com/, in its attempt to raise its Pagerank/SEO, has pseudo-fied alot of blogs that are recorded in Google Blogsearch.

The search query “锐伊” is my chinese nickname, “锐伊·拙笔” returned by blogsearch is the name of my blog. Upon clicking the #1 search result provided, it actually redirected to and opened up a page about Search Engine Marketing (SEO Elite Software), which is therefore a misleading link/cloaked page and definitely a deceptive redirect. It can be classed as a doorway page, since it inserted results in its attempt to spam and direct users to another page.

As this does not only affects me and my blog but many others, I urge Google to attend to this and hopefully blacklist the website to protect Google users and internet users using Google services.

网络上四处都是愚人节玩笑，就连Google、Youtube都玩，这真的是“学习辨别真伪”的一天 —— 孰是孰非、真真假假……

“无为有处有还无！”，读过曹氏《红楼梦》的，应该都记得这话吧。

看似空白的，不过是掩人耳目: 空白的，内有乾坤。这大概就是我最近写日志的方式吧。大段、大行的空白，并非真的空白，内有隐藏文字 —— 那该怎么阅读呢？ （见下面示例。）

友人就说了:“怎么我这么聪明，都给你唬了？” 哈哈！

用的就是css style了。

略略解释: span 就是 “范围”的意思； style 就是 “样式”的意思；color = 字体颜色；#fff = 白色的代号，也可以直接打 white (color:white;) 。字体颜色择选与部落格背景一样的颜色，字体也就自然”隐形“了。一般人阅读，都不会特别注意、在意空白的，只会扫过，也就不知道空白中，是内容。

这也能算是网络部落格保留一些些小隐私的方法吧！ 也大概只有有心人，会去阅读。

除了改变颜色之外，还有很多 css 的 formatting styles，例如: font-weight ，font-style ，text-decoration ，background 等等……

学习，靠的就是摸索、实验。
