A Visit to the Alive Museum Singapore!
After work on Wednesday, I visited the Alive Museum with Val.
The moment we reached the Museum, we were attracted to the refrigerator exhibit and decided to pop our head into the fridge for a “frozen” moment.
I’m quite impressed with our acting/posing skills, we could actually pretend to look like frozen fossils, without others suspecting otherwise. Of course, due to her fairer skin, she is a much more convincing actor here.
Entering the museum, we indulged ourselves in posing with every single exhibit. For convincing shots, you need to really practise shooting at the right angles and the “model” need to know how to pose. Fortunately for us, the exhibits are extremely realistic looking, and there are guides on how to take every shot, we could get some realistic-looking shots, despite us being “unprofessional” models.
A picture speaks a thousand words, take a look!
And some of my recommended exhibits, you really can’t miss this!
My readers would realise that my favourites are things that I could never achieve in real life, such as a split, running from ghoulish-looking vampires, kayaking, table-tennis (I could barely return a ball), etc.
And of course, for a girl who watched Tobey Maguire’s Spiderman’s series growing up, who would forget the scene of the upside down kiss between Mary-Jane Watson and Peter Parker? I decided to take the position of spidey though, why not? It is a rare chance, after all.
After seeing all these shots, don’t you want to make a trip down to Alive Museum? Let me assure you, it is definitely a trip well-worth your time. (Bonus: You get some physical work-out too, for desk-bound job people, you get some nice stretching while you do all the creative poses.)
