Instant goodness – Tasting Yifon Mushrooms

In pursuit of good food and delicacies, I would go the distance -- drive, climb, swim. When I was in Korea in 2007, together with my tour group, we climbed the Mount Ma Er in Korea for a hotpot with a wide range of mushrooms. For that hotpot of mushrooms, I gladly take on the tedious climb anytime, anyday.
