不一样的会议

我到的是 My Pastry 的蛋糕工厂。My Pastry 是蛋糕供应商，专供应蛋糕给各大酒店、咖啡座。My Pastry 的经营人 Michelle Ng 和 蛋糕师傅 便是两个月多以前 许振荣、钟琴《驾车找吃路》推荐的 Bakers World 里的经营人、主要蛋糕师傅。二人在七月底离开 Bakers World，自立门户，重新出发。
这其间的故事，便是一般的意见不和、和公司政治。
我尤其欣赏 Michelle 处事的刚果、重新出发的魄力、勇气，这未必是一般人所能做到的。Michelle 对蛋糕品质的要求更是尤其严格，服务水平一流 —— 几星期前，和 Michelle 定了些 Passion Fruit Mango 蛋糕，在送货的路程，其中3块蛋糕上层的 Passion Fruit Gel 滑落，Michelle 便在隔天无条件地送来新的 Chocolate Truffle 蛋糕对换。我吃了其中一个 Passion Fruit Mango 蛋糕，Michelle 亦愿意赔一个给我。
我在 My Pastry 品尝了一些我从来没吃过的蛋糕，例如: Strawberry Marshmellow，American Cheese, Oreo Cheese, Mango……也在懵懂的情况下，试吃了 D24 榴莲月饼，哇！我可是不吃榴莲的啊！（但我必须说，这榴莲月饼的馅还真新鲜、香甜，真真就是新鲜的榴莲果肉。）月饼还未推出市场。
这些便是我在 My Pastry 品尝的蛋糕。（拍照时，蛋糕还未完全退冰。）

Michelle 之后也请了我吃一些未推出市场的 Chocolate eclairs。

我最爱 Blackforest Mousse Cake，Chocolate Truffle，Avocado， Passion Fruit + Mango，我母亲最爱 Durian 了。我当时也请了教学实习的协导老师吃，她们都赞不绝口。My Pastry 的蛋糕，超赞！ （价钱也合理，一盒蛋糕 $3.50，三盒 $10。）
试吃完蛋糕等等，自然便是谈生意了。（商业机密，不得透入详细内容 
）
临走之前，也为妈妈买了榴莲巧克力（Durian Chocolate）蛋糕，给老妹买了 Avocado 蛋糕，还有一个全家人都喜欢的 Chocolate Truffle。
Hey, I agree!! Cakes from My pastry is wonderful and I love the chocolate truffle too…taste superb!!
Today, Michelle even delivered the cakes to me and never charge me for the chocolate truffle just because her staff cut wrongly!!
Very hard to find such cakes and good service elsewhere…

I’m never a cakes eater until I tried Michelle’s cakes.
You should consider trying the Blackforest cake (which is my favourite!) and Avocado and Mango if you have not. The Cheese cake has to be the richest cake that I have ever tasted.
